Is it safe to workout everyday?

  1. I'm not a person who works out everyday. However, I think working out everyday is a good way for people to stay healthy. Staying fit and healthy is important in the lives of people and this has become an big topic people are trying to emphasize.

  2. I would agree that daily workout is important to well being.One should try to alternate between the regions of the body one works on each day.Personally I workout everyday and I feel the effects in my breathing and overall daily peformance.
